Lord, thank you for free workout classes and follow-up phone calls to remind me that I was selected! Thank you for the other beginners in the class that made trying something new less intimidating.
Thank you for the helpful staff and coach at Orangetheory. Thank you for pre-workout. (I dragged myself to that door but I’m glad I went.)
Lastly, thank you for my family for accommodating my evening workout tonight. And thank you for grace. I am trying so hard to extend it to myself. To see myself through your eyes.
