I am very blessed to have the people in my life that I have. Some of you may know who you are; some of you may have no idea. Many of those whom I currently know or once knew have touched my heart in a very big way. You may be surprised, but there is a very good chance that if we have met, you would find yourself on that list. I have a lot of room in this heart of mine.
And it doesn’t only have to be while we were friends or passers-by during a moment in life. I may have missed you in my past but you have taken up residence now as I look back lovingly at the many influences I have encountered.
I couldn’t begin to put down the names and/or the ways my heart has been moved by you, but if you have been a friend, my family, a lover, a family member of a friend, a teacher, a counselor, a co-worker, a boss, a spiritual leader, a troubled individual, an encourager, a believer, a sufferer, an enemy, a light, a reality check, a forgiver, a disappointer, a surpriser, a beauty or a beast, then you have claimed a piece of my heart.
I give it to you freely.
