A Mile A Day: Day 12

I had some extra time yesterday so Winston and I abandoned the usual path for a 3 mile walk. 

There’s a big difference between 1 and 3! I keep thinking that it’s just walking so I can add miles without a thought but yesterday proves me wrong.

On the plus side, I rediscovered my lifts this morning. The result of a high school soccer injury and some time spend at U of M Sports Clinic. I had worn them for years after high school but left them in my old running shoes during the last changeover.

Cross your fingers that they’ll take care of this knee pain! It needs to go.
