I’m doing it, ya’ll!
I am halfway to my goal today and already plotting ways to keep up some sort of daily routine. It’s life giving.
Breathing fresh air. Soaking up the sun. Feeling the stretch of muscles and ligaments.
Today’s walk was sloooooow. I doubled back for a short bit after I realized a plastic bag had fallen out my pocket during the walk but realized that the app I use to check pace tracks mileage so it doesn’t really care if I double back. It just adds up steps to a mile and counts it. Either way, mile 15 is complete!
